I specialize in strength and interval training and am a certified instructor in 4DPRO functional training, Cycling, Sky Jumping, Aqua Fit, Tae-Bo, Pilates, Body Ballet Barre, Stretching, Aeroyoga, as well as postpartum recovery and abdominal-focused training.
