I specialize in strength and interval training and am a certified instructor in 4DPRO functional training, Cycling, Sky Jumping, Aqua Fit, Tae-Bo, Pilates, Body Ballet Barre, Stretching, Aeroyoga, as well as postpartum recovery and abdominal-focused training. I regularly attend international fitness conventions to stay on top of the latest fitness innovations. I am the founder of the “Pump Your Body” fitness intensives and have organized numerous fitness tours (Cyprus, Turkey).
